Plantronics releases GameCom 777 Surround Sound Gaming Headset

Plantronics has recently introduced the GameCom 777 Surround Sound Gaming Headset that brings virtual 5.1 surround sound effects to both ears. While purists might argue that it is travesty to attempt virtual 5.1 surround sound effects through a pair of headphones as it won’t sound as good as the real thing, many people are willing to settle for less.

LG Decoy packs its own Bluetooth headset

lg_decoy.jpg The girls in the picture aren't that impressed with this World First. In fact, they look like they're positively bored by the fact that LG has introduced a phone which packs its own Bluetooth headset. Perhaps it's because when you slide out the headset from the back, you leave it looking like you've forgotten to replace the battery cover. That might be it.

The Maximo Products iMetal iPhone Headsets Review

As anyone who owns an iPhone can tell you, a slight problem becomes apparent when you want to replace the stock stereo headset; namely that the iPhone’s headphone jack is deeply recessed, and the average 3.5mm plug simply can’t fit inside without trimming the rubber shielding the plug. When you are considering dropping some serious coin on a headset, the idea of butchering it simply doesn’t appeal; that’s when a model made specifically for the iphone is the only “right” choice. Plantronics Voyager 855 Video Review by Mr.Gadget Australia

Yes I must say that I like the new Plantronics Voyager 855 Bluetooth Stereo Headset. The flexibility to use it as a mono and stereo headset is handy. Other notable features are the slide-out-call-answer panel, 15g weight, integration with Voice Command software. Didn’t like the weird non-standard USB charger though.

Here’s a link to the Plantronics Voyager 855 Video Review that I made (beware features weird dance moves):

You need to a flashplayer enabled browser to view this YouTube video

Like it? Hate it? (I’m talking about the headset not my groove)
