AT&T Fuze showing carrier branding

We’re closing in on AT&T’s launch window for the HTC Touch Pro, rebranded as the AT&T Fuze, and it seems that AT&T is dressing up their touchscreen darling with a nice, fat carrier logo. It was apparently too much to ask that AT&T stop short of defiling the beautifully clean face of the HTC Touch Pro with their own logo.

Samsung i907 passes through FCC; Omnia for AT&T?

Samsung i907 passes through FCC

AT&T users who don't like Apple's products will be glad to know Samsung i907 has been spotted while passing the FCC hurdle. We're not sure about all the details, but it seems it's the i900 Omnia iPhone-killa' with the right 3G frequencies for AT&T. That translates into a camera with high-megapixel count, WiFi, Bluetooth, Windows Mobile and that cool TouchWiz user interface.

SPRINT TREO 800w

So okay we’ve had enough of the iPhone 3G for once. With AT&T dealing with wonky iPhone 3G activations, Sprint is doing something on the more conservative — but desirable side and releasing the Palm Treo 800w at $249.00 (after rebates and qualifying two year service & data plan).

Here’s the complete data sheet for the Palm Treo 800w package for Sprint.

AT&T 3G iPhone details leaked in internal email

Boy Genius Report has gotten their hands on a legit-looking internal email detailing AT&T's iPhone 3G protocols. It directly refutes all of my earlier pie-in-the-sky wishful thinking that you could buy an iPhone from AT&T, not activate it, and then get dinged on your credit card 30 days later for the full price of the phone. The jist: iPhone 3Gs will be activated at AT&T stores, end of story. The only question is whether or not Apple stores will force you to activate in store. By the wording of the AT&T email, it sounds like they're not entirely counting on it, so that may still be an option.

AT&T multi-cultural print ads look awesome

AT&T multi-cultural print ads

AT&T has created a multi-cultural print campaign, featuring painted hands that represent cultural and historic traits of Egypt, China and Japan. We're not sure what's exactly the idea behind the ads — except maybe to prove AT&T is all about diversity — but we love the way they look, nevertheless. BBDO is behind the eye-catching campaign and I guess we should ask them what's the point… Anyway, few more images follow after the jump. Enjoy!
