AT&T and LG unveiled the availability of the LG Incite, a Windows Mobile powered smartphone with 3G capabilities, built-in aGPS and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g) and Bluetooth 2.0. The LG Incite is equipped with Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, Microsoft Office Mobile and Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5.

In 2009, LG will issue 125 phones

It was learned that the company LG is going in the next year set a record for the manufacture of mobile phones - in 2009 it planned to exit 125 models. According to Chang Ma (Chang Ma), Vice President of Marketing Mobile LG, the company is working with various operators around the world and this figure does not think it is too high. Mobile games publisher PopCap has just launched a D2C (direct-2-consumer) WAP portal, selling it’s selection of mobile games.

If you wanna get in on the PopCap games goodies, then hit up http://m.popcap.com in your mobile browser, or text POPCAP to 85585 (in the UK - in Ireland, the code is 54722 apparently).

There are a stack of games on the site (see pic), but bear in mind if you aren’t on an unlimited data tariff, then there will be browsing/download charges.
