With all this waiting and hoping for AT&T and RIM to get their act together and finally launch the long-awaited BlackBerry 9000 Bold in the US, we’re glad to hear that internal AT&T documents hint at a Bold launch date (pun intended?) on October 27.
Of course, the BlackBerry Bold should have already been launched in the US. With vague launch windows and non-committal responses from AT&T, fans of the BlackBerry Bold’s high-resolution display, 3G data connectivity, GPS, WiFi, and sleek styling have been left out in the cold. Today, that has all changed. Boy Genius has managed to get his hands on internal docs show that the BlackBerry Bold ETA on AT&T is set at October 27.
Keep in mind that the ETA launch window is all tentative until we get official word from AT&T, but there’s a significant glimmer of hope that the highly anticipated BlackBerry 9000 Bold will finally arrive in the US next week. We wouldn’t recommend holding your breath on this one.
